In order to preserve historical (everlasting),
cultural values, legally prescribed vouchers and
bills, to find and explore them the most modern
method at present is to scan the materials to be
archived or photographed with a special digital
technology, to assign them keywords and record these
words in a database to improve search, and finally
to cumulate these two information group.
Due to GDL Inc.'s help the Customer can keep in
evidence its documents concerning day-to-day business
on PC, in digitized form, after archiving. If a
customer intends to save for long term his everlasting
values from physical tenure, or to avoid long-lasting
search after such documents, we suggest him to digitize
the archiving as well. During digitize work we develop
together with Customer's experts in computer-techniques
the suitable structure, which can be most efficiently
operated during day-to-day business.
